Data Deletion Instructions

Redtoolz is a social media and business automation application that integrates with Facebook and Instagram. If you wish to delete your account or any data we have collected through your use of our platform, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Method 1: Disconnecting via Redtoolz Dashboard

If you simply want to disconnect your Facebook or Instagram accounts and delete the associated connection data from our systems:

1. Log in to your Redtoolz account.
2. Navigate to the Social dashboard.
3. Click the Disconnect button on the Meta connection card.

This will immediately revoke our access tokens and delete your page connection records from our database.

Method 2: Removing the App via Facebook

You can remove our app directly from your Facebook settings. This triggers a data deletion request to our servers:

1. Go to your Facebook account's Business Integrations settings.
2. Find n8n_Redpanther (or Redtoolz) in the list of active integrations.
3. Click Remove next to the app.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the removal.

Once removed, Facebook will send a deletion request to our automated webhook, and we will purge your associated social data.

Method 3: Manual Data Deletion Request

If you want to completely delete your Redtoolz account and all associated data, including billing information, connected Google accounts, and social media data:

Please send an email to support@redtoolz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your Redtoolz account. We will process your request and delete all your personal data within 7 business days, notifying you once the process is complete.
