By accessing or using the Redtoolz website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of service
Redtoolz provides business automation tools, including but not limited to social media management, Google Business Profile management, and AI-assisted workflows. Our Service allows users to connect third-party platforms (like Meta/Facebook and Instagram) to automate interactions.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
When using our social automation features, you agree to comply with all applicable terms and policies of the integrated platforms, including the Meta Platform Terms. You must not use our Service to spam, harass, or violate the rights of others.
Third-party integrations
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram). By connecting your accounts, you grant us permission to access and manage data as permitted by those platforms and configured by you in our Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Redtoolz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Redtoolz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Payment, billing & taxes
Paid workspace plans are billed in advance on a subscription or fixed-term basis. Online payments within India are securely processed via Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree"), supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) or designated local currencies and are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
